c) Packaging Networking Events supports all organizational costs, namely: The costs of organization specified in the programme (venue, reception fees, cocktails, dinner….)

d) The amount of such participation does not cover: transportation, the accident insurance, repatriation

 

Art. 2

To attend the event, companies should return to Packaging Networking Events the application form fully completed and signed before January 15, 2014 at the address :

Space is limited and registration will be taken in the order received. There is no registration on site.

Registration to “Vanilla Networking Ethics” is paid in advance and it is valid after the full payment has been credited to the Packaging Networking Events account.

 

Art. 3

a)Price

The amount of the participation is indicated in the registration form. The amount of the VAT 19.6 % has to be included to the amount of the participation.

Art. 4

Upon receipt of the booking form and the payment Packaging Networking Events will return an invitation card, The access map and an invoice with VAT included

 

Art. 5

a) Replacement / Cancellation by the company :
Any registrant unable to attend “Universal Networking Ethics” may arrange to be represented by a person of his choice.
All cancellation must be notified by post via registered letter.
In case of cancellation made less than 14 days before the event, the payment of registration will remain fully due and no refunds will be granted.

In case of cancellation made more than 14 days before the event, registration will be refunded less a € 100 fee VAT excluded.

b)Cancellation by Packaging Networking Events :
Packaging Networking Events may decide at any time
- To cancel or postpone events if their organization has become impossible at scheduled dates, whatever the cause of this impossibility. In case of cancellation by Packaging Networking Events amounts paid by the company will be refunded.

- To change the venue of the same standing at any time if circumstances so require.

 

Art. 6

This general terms are subject to French law

 

Art. 7

In case of dispute, the Courts of Nanterre shall exclusively be competent.

 

REFUND OF FRENCH V.A.T. FOR FOREIGN COMPANIES ESTABLISHED IN AN E.U. COUNTRY

 

According to the European Tax Legislation, organizers of business events, conferences, trade shows have to invoice all services with 19.6 % French Value Added Tax (VAT).
You are entitled to a refund of VAT paid.

 

For companies established in an E.U. country :
These companies can recover VAT by providing documentation proving that they are liable for VAT int their own country.
